About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, run by The Pizza Queens ([legal business name]), correspondence address [address, London, postcode]. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at mail@charlesneville.com.
Our products and stockists
Our Bake at Home range is sold through independent stockists. When you buy our products from a stockist, your purchase is made with that stockist and their own terms of sale apply. Prices, availability and delivery or collection areas are set by each stockist.
Product, nutrition and allergen information
We work hard to make sure the ingredients, allergen, nutrition and cooking information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, recipes and suppliers can change, so always read the label on the product pack before eating, as the label is the definitive source of information. If you have an allergy or intolerance and have any questions, please contact us before buying.
Always follow the cooking instructions on the pack and make sure products are cooked until piping hot.
